Definitions
The following terms have when used in these conditions of sale the following meanings, unless otherwise not specified; with “Ingram Micro” referred INGRAM MICRO AB Frösundaviks AllĂ© 1, Solna, Sweden.
By “Reseller” means the natural or legal person ordering products if the order is revived and accepted by Ingram Micro. With the “product” means computers, parts, accessories for computers software, peripherals and other goods INGRAM MICRO offer for sale and delivery.
Orders/purchasing products and services from Ingram Micro also means approval of Ingram Micro sales conditions: General Terms & Conditions,Trade Compliance Information and Ecommerce Terms & Conditions. Orders/purchases existing Stako and HP OPG specialbid also means approval of the respective requirements for these business types. Ingram Micro sales conditions are subject to continuous review. In the prevailing conditions are available on this page on this site. INGRAM MICRO reserves for any errors or price changes on the web and in other media.
Price System
Industry prices are continually subject to amendments. Ingram Micro current sales are available in real time on our website https://se-new.ingrammicro.com. The prices are excluding VAT and free Ingram Micro stock. INGRAM MICRO can until the delivery date change prices as a result of changes in supplier prices, tariffs, fees, exchange rates and other circumstances beyond the Ingram Micro control and influence in relation to the current price at the time of tender.
Terms of Payment
Credit, credit limit and credit duration determined by a standard credit check. At late payment you will be charged with a penalty of intrest of 2% per month. INGRAM MICRO reserves the right at any time to change or withdraw credit.
- All prices are excluding VAT.
- We do not accept credit cards, do not handle cash, cash on delivery etc.
Delivery stop
Resellers who exceed their credit limit or not paying bills on time delivery is stopped. INGRAM MICRO reserves the right to cancel undelivered orders at the delivery state.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated and charged per delivery. Ingram Micro is responsible for the cargo, that it is properly secured during transport. The risk of goods passes to the dealer when the ordered product is provided according to the delivery instructions.

Special conditions at delivery outside of Sweden
Upon delivery of products outside of Sweden, there are special shipping terms. Please contact Sales or Customer Support for further information and a quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of cost increases imposed by our shipping providers.
Examination Duty
Received product ordered from Ingram Micro shall as soon as possible but no later than 7 days, carefully examined to check that the product received is the product ordered. Discovered that regard that the wrong product is delivered, the distributor has the right, within 3 working days from receipt of the delivery to return the product to Ingram Micro stock marked with the number (RMA). Applications for return number is on our home page https://se-new.ingrammicro.com/Site/Returns and obtained provided that te product is still wrapped in original packaging.
Freight damaged goods
Received product ordered from Ingram Micro shall be inspected upon delivery, and any damage should be notified to the carrier promptly – within 24 hours after delivery. The damage must be noted on the receipt. If there is a “hidden” transport damage, it should be reported to the carrier and Ingram Micro customer service, no later than 7 calendar days after delivery. We refer to the PostNord’s general terms and conditions for details of damaged goods.
Service fee
Generally, Ingram Micro will charge no fee, but a couple of exceptions
- For fetch orders there is a fee of 350 SEK.
Delivery information
Orders placed and accepted before 15:30 on normal working days (for bid orders and DC/POS orders 14:00) they are usually dispatched the same day, and delivered the following working day. With the exception of northern Sweden, where one can expect two days for delivery. Orders of ex. high server rack, usually has a longer delivery time, normally about 2 days due to special transport.
The reseller is not entitled to compensation either for direct or indirect damage, which he/she may have suffered due to INGRAM MICRO delivers product later than the agreed time. Freight search can be done via https://se-new.ingrammicro.com tab Orders Status.

Order pickup
Orders that are ordered for polling (only possible on ordinary stock) and the invoice can be picked up at Ingram Micro’s warehouse as agreed at the time of the order. To be able to pick up the order there will be a credit review and that must be approved and that no overdue invoices exist. For pick up orders there will be a fee of 350 SEK. Orders that have not been collected within 2 business days are canceled. Ingram Micro’s normal business hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
Return and warranty terms guarantees
Each manufacturer’s warranty conditions apply and can be found here https://se.ingrammicro.eu/warranty/warranties. Resellers does never have better rights against INGRAM MICRO than Ingram Micro has against respective manufacturers. Ingram Micro does not stand for spares or repair parts under warranty. Guarantee are divided into:
- DOA (Dead On Arrival) – the product does not work when unpacking.
- Standard warranty.
DOA (Dead on arrival)
DOA (Dead On Arrival) is defined as the product does not operate while unpacking (or within the limits declared by the manufacturer). Check in Ingram Micro’s warranty database how DOA is managed for each supplier https://se.ingrammicro.eu/warranty/warranties. Respective manufacturers guarantee terms- and DOA terms apply.
Standard warranty
Normal warranty is defined as the guarantee following the DOA (see above). NOTE! Some providers do not use the DOA concept, but has the same handling of all warranty claims. Check the warranty database tab RMA on the web how the warranty is handled for each manufacturer.
Accessories are missing in the product
Please register at Ingram Micro customer or supplier in full compliance with the rules and procedures that the supplier has set up and which are documented in the warranty database.
In cases INGRAM MICRO is responsible for DOA and warranty management, the following arrangements apply.
INGRAM MICRO reserves the right to determine whether a product is returned to Ingram Micro as DOA or within the warranty period shall be replaced by an identical, equivalent product, repaired or credited. The return is at the resellers expense. If the product turns out to be flawless during our control check, an examination fee of 400 SEK will be charged. Credit note issued only if the test demonstrates that the product is defective. See also the conditions for returns.
Note that the above only applies to resellers that are authorized by customer number at Ingram Micro, which itself accounts for warranties and service to its customers.
Wrong order
Return of the product due to incorrect order from the dealer can be granted under certain circumstances. INGRAM MICRO reserves the right to reject such an application. Complaints must be made within 7 days of the delivery arrived to the reseller. RMA number is sought conventionally. INGRAM MICRO reserves the right to reject such an application. For authorized returns, a handling fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoiced price will be deducted, and freight charges will remain non-refundable. See also the conditions of returns.
Order-only item
When an order is to be obtained, there are no rights of return or the possibility to cancel the product.
BTO (Built To Order)
At BTO there is no right of return or the possibility to cancel the product.
Configuration
When configuring, there is no right of return or the possibility to cancel the product.
Refused goods/withdrawals
On the occasions when goods cannot be disclosed the recipient, but sent back to Ingram Micro because of, for example, an incorrect address or the recipient “refuses” to receive the goods, a fee of 10% of the invoiced price will be charged, and the freight cost will not be credited. In case of carrier error there will be no fee.
Misdelivery
If the reseller would obtain a product other than the reseller demonstrably ordered, a complaint must be made within 7 days when the delivery arrived (or the end customer by direct delivery) RMA number is examined conventionally. The RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Compensation in the form of credit or exchange the product ordered. INGRAM MICRO reserves the right to determine the manner in which compensation is made. Any crediting takes place at the invoiced price and includes shipping. See also the conditions for returns.
Stock Returns
Resellers with own warehouses should note that the return due to stock rotation is not allowed.
Conditions for all returns to INGRAM MICRO:
- Retailers must obtain a return number (so-called RMA) from Ingram Micro. The request is made on https://se-new.ingrammicro.com/Site/Returns. The return number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
- All products must be returned with the original packaging and be free of dirt, price tags, injuries, etc. At wrong order and incorrect delivery packaging must be unbroken.
- The return must always be specified in the reference box on the waybill document. Never write directly on the product box.
- For returns under warranty to be approved, the detailed description of the problem must be stated. NOTE! “Broken” or similar generic names are not adequate.
- Products returned to Ingram Micro with no return number, will be returned without action back to you. Products that do not comply with what is stated in the return request, will be returned to you without action. The return is at the resellers expense.
