If your order has not been shipped or packed at our warehouse, we can halt your order – in this case, contact our Customer Support using the following contact details, and they will help you.

Final orders are taken at 2.00 p.m.*, unless otherwise agreed. This means that if you place your order before 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day, provided the items are in stock and your credit facility has not been discontinued.

If you go to the details page for a product, click “Out of stock". If the product is out of stock and we have received an estimated date for the next delivery, this will be shown under “Delivery time/ETA*”.
Yes, you can import up to 100 items from a spreadsheet or CSV document. Go to your profile by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner and then select “Quick order placement”, or alternatively go to “Checkout” and select “Simplified order placement”. Select “Load spreadsheet" and then upload the file according to the template found under “Quick order placement”.

There are several reasons why this might happen:
Go to "Order" in the top right corner and click on the order you want to track. If the order has been sent, you can press “Tracking number” to see where in the postal system the item is currently located.
You pay a shipping cost according to the agreement with your seller, and the shipping cost will be specified on each invoice.

Tap “Forgot your password” in logged out mode. You will then receive an e-mail enabling you to reset your password.
You can use our search function, where you can search e.g. by the product name, our part number or the manufacturer’s part number. If you want to navigate via our product menu, you can go in under the category you are interested in. There you can e.g. filter the products by manufacturer and a number of other parameters, depending on which product you are looking under.

As from 1 July 2017, the Swedish Tax Agency decided to introduce a new tax on the chemicals in certain electronics. For taxable products, this means that the price will be specified with the relevant amount of tax, in the event of sales from Ingram Micro to a partner that is not a stockist.
If your company is not a stockist, the chemical tax will be added per item and be invoiced in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws. You can view the chemical tax for each individual product via the product details page in our Webshop. This is also presented on your invoice (although not in your order history).
If your company is a stockist, you are responsible for adding any tax and reporting this to the Swedish Tax Agency. You also have to notify Ingram Micro that the Swedish Tax Agency has approved you as a stockist.
Ingram Micro sells goods (net, excl. chemical tax) to customers who are approved stockists.
Ingram Micro sells goods (net, excl. chemical tax) to customers outside of Sweden.
Ingram Micro sells goods (gross, incl. chemical tax) to customers who are not stockists.
Additional questions regarding the tax are referred directly to the Swedish Tax Agency.
